The fine print

Scope & delivery

Every engagement has a signed brief defining deliverables and timeline. What's in the brief is what we ship. Out-of-scope changes trigger a fresh mini-quote — no silent scope creep, either direction.

Payment

Fixed-price engagements: 50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. Retainers: monthly up-front. Invoices are due within 14 days. Third-party costs (App Store fees, SaaS subscriptions, domain / SSL) are billed to your account, not ours.

Ownership

You own 100% of the code, assets, and accounts we produce for you. Repository transfer happens on delivery. We keep the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.

Warranty

Every build includes 30 days of bug fixes post-delivery at no cost. Bugs = things that don't match the signed brief. New features, new requirements, or changes you request don't count as bugs.

Limitations

Our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement. We don't guarantee commercial success, user growth, or App Store approval timelines — those depend on factors outside our control.
